This masterclass will enable attendees to cut through the jargon and hype of Web 2.0 to understand how tools such as blogs and wikis can be effectively deployed in their own business setting. The masterclass will review - using "real world" case studies - how social tools can bring benefits in the areas of internal communications, employee recruitment and engagement, KM and client relationship management.
The masterclass will be led by Ruth Ward, Allen & Overy's Head of Knowledge Systems and Development. Stuart Barr of Headshift will join Ruth for part of the day to provide expert technical insight.
