Smarter

Headshift Australasia was launched in mid-2008 and builds on Headshift's reputation as Europe's leading enterprise social computing consultancy. Our global team contains some of the best and most innovative minds in this exciting new field.

Anne Bartlett-Bragg heads the Australasian team, which includes James Dellow, Shelley Gibb and other specialist associates, who combine local expertise and knowledge with the benefits of our European experience and practices. While other local social media consultants are still learning, we apply Headshift's six years of experience in designing, implementing and growing next generation social software solutions.

Anne also extends the Headshift range of services to include a focus on innovative learning landscapes, with an emphasis on the social dimensions of learning in communities of practice and networked environments.

Simpler

Our social media practice works with media companies, brands, and other organisations or networks that want to engage with their customers in new and innovative ways.

Our enterprise practice delivers smarter, simpler, more social IT solutions internally within large enterprises, knowledge intensive firms, government and third sector organisations.

We integrate the best breed of products and platforms and also develop our own custom code to create applications tailored to specific needs. We also combine these tools into custom builds that we can provide as turnkey solutions, supported by a full API for integration with existing systems. Our technology partners include: Atlassian, Six Apart, IBM Connections, Newsgator, Cogenz, Socialtext and Thoughtfarmer.

Social

Social computing is transforming how we think of IT, but we believe passionately in its ability to transform the way we do business as well. Examples of our work in Australia include organisations in the government, education, non-profit, health, and fast moving consumer goods sectors.

One leading example of our work is the successful MentorNet program, launched in 2007 by the Australian Businesswomen's Network to provide education and networking for women entrepreneurs. It was the first program of it's kind and was designed and developed by entirely on a wiki platform with fortnightly synchronous web-based sessions.
