A DachisGroup Company

As the world's largest social business consultancy, we help organisations make the most of social technologies to engage people and improve business performance. Contact us to find out more.

Strategic Consulting and Programme Management

Our consulting work is designed to engage with people inside the business to identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation using social technology.

When planning a project or a change programme, we start by analysing existing workflows in order to establish a baseline for evaluating cost and time savings or process improvements. These analysis of individual workflows and needs then forms the basis of our brief for implementation.

As you would expect, our consulting work takes place using a combination of face to face meetings and online social interaction, and we take the opportunity to engage people in the business using our own project-based social tools.

Social Media Audit & Roadmap
Social solutions work best when they start small, and grow fast. They can be implemented quickly and at low cost, but on platforms that can scale to hundreds of thousands of users if necessary. Headshift works with clients to audit what social software projects (both official and un-official) are underway within an organisation, and we can use this as the basis for a roadmap that builds on what is working already and seeks to integrate or add value to existing initiatives.

Insight Events
Many companies want to implement smarter, simpler, social solutions but are unsure where to start. A Headshift Insight Event is a highly interactive workshop where we work with your team to understand where the pain points are with traditional enterprise software and identify areas that could be improved. This can be very helpful in translating a desire for change into an actionable project to make it happen.

Retained Advisory
Many customers look to use for regular advice and guidance around their use of social software. We offer retained advisory work and occasional bitesize consulting or analysis projects. Clients use this time to review usage of their solution, understand new developments in the world of social software, benchmark their work against the market and review potential improvements.
