Executive briefing and coaching
Executive briefing sessions are an ideal way to keep up to speed on the latest strategic thinking around social software. What are the latest trends? What lessons can mid-late adopters learn from the early successes and failures? What benefits are organisations who implement social software seeing? What are the fads that will die out and are potentially a distraction? Exactly what do the next generation of employees expect in terms of collaboration tools in the workplace (apart from Facebook)? All these can be covered in a focused executive briefing session from Headshift's senior consultants.

Social media masterclass
A full-day workshop where participants will not only be introduced to a variety of blogging, social media and social networking tools and techniques, but will actually be guided through the setting up of accounts and initial creation and publishing of content in those spaces. Headshift?s Social Media Consultants will also help community members take their ?rst steps to participating more fully online by posting comments or joining in online discussions.

Headshift will ensure that each workshop participant gains the practical experience required to con?dently continue to post content and participate but will also provide some direct follow-up support with individuals where required. After the workshop, participants will hold all the tools and skills they need to effectively and authentically articulate themselves using social media.
