Networks and narratives in support of learning

Inside Learning Web Log is talking about network learning environments and the role of both narrative and inter-personal networking in learning. This article is partly a response to Jay Cross's Connections: The Impact of Schooling, which argues that "learning is that which enables you to participate successfully in life, at work and in the groups that matter to you. Learners go with the flow. Taking advantage of the double meaning of 'network,' to learn is to optimize one’s networks."
