Sketching out Personal knowledge management tools

Dave Pollard has published a piece recapping some conversations at the Association of Knowledge Work concerning Personal Knowledge Management, and what it might look like for individual users.

This is certainly more in line with our thinking than converntional knowledge management, but I think the critical issue is how a variety of different applications and systems can talk to each other to achieve this - we don't need another monolithic piece of enterprise software but just with nicer aims.
