Stiki Wiki by Ben Nolan is such a simple, elegant wiki interface that I can forgive its lack of Safari support.
We have been thinking a lot about how to encourage non-technical users to adopt wikis for project collaboration purposes, but whilst people tend to be happy with the WYSIWYG page building model, Wikis don't yet *feel* like real pages. Applying some DHTML and interface simplicity, StikiWiki feels more like it, plus holding functionality in DHTML seems more responsive than server roundtrips.
Why have WYSIWYG CMS page builders and wikis when you can have something more usable in-between?....
