We're a small but rapidly growing specialist business with an excellent client portfolio, an award-winning track record and many years' experience of developing innovative online knowledge communities, dynamic websites and learning tools. More recently, we have been developing some exciting business applications of social software and we are emerging as one of the UK's leading experts in this exciting new field.

We have an immediate need for a highly motivated and experienced ColdFusion developer, to join us in our offices near Tower Bridge at Butlers Wharf in London to become part of a tight-knit friendly development and consulting team. We use Cold Fusion, alongside other technologies, as a rapid development environment for data-driven web and social software applications. If you are excited about using this environment to deliver reusable components and web services, perhaps in combination with server-side Java or open source technologies, then we would like to hear from you.

Technically you must have at least 3 years' development experience in ColdFusion 5/MX and SQL Server 7/2000. You will also need to have gained some exposure to the Fusebox methodology, at least 2 years of working in multi-disciplined teams of 5 or more people and good Javascript skills. Additional useful skills include Java, LAMP OSS, CSS2, XHTML, Flash Remoting and/or object oriented analysis/design. Being a blogger or social software user is highly desirable.

You will spend most of your time developing applications, working closely with the whole team. As such, in addition to very high technical standards, we also expect you to have good social and communication skills. We don't expect you to become an overnight expert on social software, but we do expect you to be interested in learning more about this fast-moving field over time.
