May is a month of anniversaries, some happy, some sad. But this Mayday also marked 10 years since Livio and I set up our first internet-based company together. Jeepers creepers that went quickly!

I can see how much I have changed in that time by looking at the photo of me as a performing monkey that accompanies a recent profile in Inside Knowledge magazine (3Mb PDF or paywall - take your pick).

Euan Semple recently thought he had found the source of my powers, but in reality the sustainability is based on a bedrock of partnership. The trick is extending that concept to embrace the many clever people we work with inside and outside the company, and that has always been an important goal for us.
