An Opportunity to make it happen

Headshift has significantly expanded its portfolio of enterprise social software and social networking projects over the past year, and we are finalising our planning for more exciting stuff in 2007. If you are interested in working with to deliver cutting-edge projects within leading organisations in their fields, and if you have experience in the following areas, then please send us your CV and links:

  • Social Software consulting and deployment

  • Deployment and customisation of wikis (Confluence, Socialtext, etc.), blog networks (Movable Type or similar) or other social software infrastructure

  • Standards-compliant interface design for Web-based tools and applications

  • Application development/integration in:
    • Cold Fusion/Fusebox

    • Java

    • LAMP, Ruby OSS

    • .NET/Sharepoint/WSS

  • Sysadmin/support for mixed Win, Linux networks and hosting

Knowledge of social software and a drive to improve the way people communicate and collaborate are necessary pre-requisites, plus an ability to multi-task ;-)

We are based in Butler's Wharf, London SE1, with easy access to restaurants, good coffee, the river and Nabaztag bunnies. Alternatively, if you work freelance or remote, then let us know what you can do and your availability.

No agencies, but any other suggestions, including potential new delivery partners, are most welcome.

Hi Lee, long time no see. I would love to hook up for a chat about this.

Hi Lee, how is life at Headshift?

Just dropped by because I wanted to recommend your business to a recent new contact. I like the new web site - has a more friendly feel than the old one.

Still keen on doing some work together. I've been busy recently on all things e-learning, so keen to work with social software in a learning context (for organisations rather than education). Being playing with Moodle recently - that's a great social learning application (guess you're familiar with it).

Maybe meet up again sometime soon?

Wow. This sounds very exciting. I am currently involved in developing the implementation of Open Source software in some educational organisations. This in tandem with some of the free excellent collaborative apps available online. I have an enormous passion for the use of new technologies in education. I'd like to hear more. Will check this out in more detail. Currently surfing on my phone.
