As some of you may have already heard, Headshift has been selected among other 20 British SMEs to attend the Digital Mission to the Web 2.0 Expo in NYC organised by Chinwag for UK Trade & Investment.
The Mission takes place from September 14 -19 and provides an opportunity for digital companies to expand their business or seek investment overseas. Even though there will be a strong focus on making new contacts and establishing new business relationships, companies are also invited to attend a master class titled "Doing Business in the US", a reception at the British Consulate, and parts of the Web 2.0 Expo.
This trip to NYC comes just in time, as we are in full swing of setting up a presence there. To date we have delivered successfully mid to large-scale projects for Dewey & LeBoeuf, the second largest law firm in New York City, and the Alliance of Civilizations, an organisation under the auspices of the United Nations. Being physically present in NYC will help to serve our existing and future clients even more effectively.
