Headshift at the European Broadcasting Union

Tomorrow (07 Oct) I'm giving a presentation at the European Broadcasting Union's International Broadcasting Conference in Geneva.

I'll be discussing how social media is changing broadcasting and showing some examples of how, where content producers have started to weave social tools into their existing processes, and to think of the entire web as their canvas, they're able to reach out and engage with existing and new audiences.

Instead of burdening already overstretched staff with yet another thing to do, working social tools into the production work-flow can actual free up some of their time to do exactly what they should be doing - making better programmes and getting to know their audiences.
