THE federal government is encouraging the public to participate in the legislative process by posting comments on blogs and forums set up as part of the parliamentary committee public consultation process. Last month, the government set up its third public consultation blog -- and the first one outsourced to an independent supplier -- to call for comment on a possible Bill of Rights.
