This seems like a brilliantly simple idea: an incubator for online civil society projects that seeks to match willing practitioners and funders with good ideas for projects
Let’s hope it draws in some funding and capacity. This is an area where previous projects have demonstrated that you don’t need to break the bank to achieve success and visibility.
