Challenges and Opportunities for Mainstream Enterprise Social Computing
The adoption of social tools in the enterprise is accelerating, but if we are to avoid the pitfalls of previous periods of technology innovation, then we need to focus more on addressing concrete business use cases and meeting the needs of second wave adopters.
