A DachisGroup Company

Sharing our thinking in the open is a great way to learn from our network and peers, and we love to discuss social business on our blog or during one of the many conferences we attend around the world.

Anne Bartlett-Bragg

Managing Director, Sydney

Anne Bartlett-Bragg specialises in the creation of innovative learning environments for organisations with social software. Her passion is e-Learning, and as an early adopter has been working in this medium since 1996 where she has been involved with the design and development of technology enhanced learning initiatives for a number of clients.

She is the Executive Director of the Learning Technologies User Group, and is the educational advisor to the Australian Businesswomen’s Network where she designed the first national mentoring program (MentorNet) for young women entrepreneurs in 2007, developed entirely in social software.
Prior to returning to study and starting her own business, Anne had 15 years experience in management roles with leading blue chip companies such as Qantas Airways, Hyatt International and the ANA Hotel in Sydney. In these roles Anne gained valuable knowledge and first hand experience in Human Resource Development (HRD) and realised the great and challenging opportunities that HRD can offer organisations seeking to improve their business performance, without compromising the value of their people.
As a sessional academic at the University of Technology Sydney, Anne has presented academic papers at both national and international conferences, published a number of chapters in international text books, and is a regular speaker for the Australian Institute of Training and Development. As a member of the Faculty of Education, she is involved with the design, development, and delivery of e-Learning qualifications and subjects in the organisational context.

She is currently completing her PhD that has investigated the adult learners’ experiences of developing learning networks through the use of weblogs or self-publishing technologies.

She has a MEd (Adult Ed), BEd (Adult Ed), Dip HRM, Dip e-Learning and Cert IV Training and Assessment.
