As a consultant at Headshift, Sophie assists organisations working toward strategic business objectives by designing collaborative solutions involving social computing. With a background in human resources and organisational development in privately held companies in the retail, heavy machinery, construction, mining and aged care sectors, Sophie has worked on projects related to staff inductions, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Most recently Sophie’s thesis examining the e-learning experiences of young professionals provided a unique insight into opportunities for businesses to enhance their engagement with early-career workers through genuine development both formally and informally.
