Lars Guthorm Kavli
Lars Guthorm Kavli is a senior consultant at Headshift and is currently working with many of our key clients. Lars is focusing on user engagement processes based on real user needs, as well as looking at ways of developing sustainable business models online.
His academic labels are: sociologist of the media and ethnographer of media uses.
His experience in the field of media engagement and social media ranges from running a blogging consultancy start-up for three years to advising web 2.0 start-ups as a freelancer for just as long. He's also worked as a press officer for the Norwegian foreign service both in the US and the UK, as well as an ideas-developer for a major UK TV and radio production company.
Lars holds an MSc from the London School of Economics, as well as an MA from The Annenberg School for Communication, University of Southern California. His BA was earned at Goldsmiths College.
