Eliot Fineberg

  • Eliot Fineberg is a consultant with Headshift. Eliot came to Headshift through a 4Talent New Media scholarship and whilst working on client projects is working towards his Masters of Professional Practice in Social Software and Interactive Media. Prior to working at Headshift he worked for the Institute for Citizenship as Director of Projects where his interest in social technology and its potential impact grew. He is interested in the many different facets of the internet, from shiny pointless websites to the effects that collaboration and open source has on intellectual property.

When not poking around with all things Internet, he likes to cook, eat, eat a bit more, read interesting blogs and meet up with friends in pubs.

  • Posted Openness with policies and software to Blog
A site designed for opening up the policy formation process by trusting people to develop high quality content, based on software built in a very similar way.
  • Posted Us Now at the RSA to Blog
Us Now is directed by Ivo Gormley and produced by Banyak films in association with the RSA. It is a documentary film about the power of mass collaboration, government and the internet - I thoroughly recommend you sign up.
  • Posted Getting over my context collapse to Blog
After a chat with some colleagues, I feel inspired to say hello and get on with talking about some of the cool ideas, thoughts, thingys and widgets knocking around the minds of Shad Thames.
