Hemma Kocher
With a passion for all aspects of organisational communication & employee engagement, Hemma's professional experience is in corporate communication, cultural management and teaching. During her MA in Corporate Communication in 2005, she worked on corporate blogging strategies and its impact on organisations. She joined Headshift in 2006 and since then has been working on projects with a focus on social software and employee driven internal communication and innovation, collaborative intranets and community-based learning. Hemma has presented at various Conferences in Europe. She studied literature, linguistics, theology and cultural management in Austria, the US, Romania and the UK. She lives in Hampshire.
