Kate no longer works at Headshift.

Kate Crawshaw used to be a consultant at Headshift and has a background in marketing, communications and knowledge management with a focus on new media. She began her Headshifting in London and has now returned home to Melbourne to focus on developing operations in Australia. Kate is passionate about making people feel more connected and inspired both in and outside the office. When she is outside the office, Kate co-hosts a weekly radio programme focused on environmental issues.

As part of our international expansion plan, we have opened an Australian office run by Anne Bartlett-Bragg and Kate Crawshaw. To celebrate, we hosted a breakfast workshop in Sydney attended by a mix of communications, learning and development and knowledge management professionals at the Museum of Contemporary Art, which gave us the opportunity to mix lively social software discussions with spectacular Sydney Harbour views.
