Rich Holman is a front-end developer with over 8 years experience in building websites. Rich spent much of his working life prior to Headshift in the publishing sector developing a range of online resources enabling users to better consume published content (online and offline). He is a strong advocate of standards and accessibility and believes that layout and design should enable users to achieve tasks as efficiently as possible. Rich is interested in how users perceive visual and textual elements and the challenges of managing that communication with the end-user. Rich studied for a Fine Art degree in a pre-digital phase, where he spent a few years painting 6 foot frozen chickens in oil on canvas, among other things.
