Daniel Siddle
- Website: www.danielsiddle.com
Daniel started learning about social interaction and communication at a very early age with those first few garbled utterings as a newborn. Since then he's got a bit taller, a bit heavier and, he hopes, a bit wiser. After growing up in the north-east of England he headed south to the University of Bath to study for his Masters of Pharmacology where he got to understand networks and pathways on a microscopic level. Now, however, you're much more likely to find him talking about interactions between people and technology rather than small molecules and receptors.
Daniel likes a good chat, dislikes seeing more than 3 bullet points together and is passionate about reducing the complications of modern life down to a simplistic elegance. When his knees get too hot from an overworked laptop battery you'll find him casting off technology and enjoying the simple life with a map, a compass and the great outdoors.
Oh, and if you wondering why it takes a while for him to answer to the name Daniel it's because he's been know as Sid since he was about 6 years old.

Hi Matt H, Wow, lot's to think about in your response. I'm not sure where to start. You've taken my point and extended it out the other side of marketing by the same distance. If you're not careful you'll extend...

Hi Jon, Thanks for the compliment. I think social media has so much potential when used in the pharmaceutical industry and it's a shame to see people focus solely on late stage marketing. I'm very happy to chat more about...

Coming from a pharmaceutical background I've been keeping a close eye on the industry's use of social technologies. Whilst working on the inside I focused on social business and connecting people behind the firewall. Now I'm on the outside I've...
