  • Daniel started learning about social interaction and communication at a very early age with those first few garbled utterings as a newborn. Since then he's got a bit taller, a bit heavier and, he hopes, a bit wiser. After growing up in the north-east of England he headed south to the University of Bath to study for his Masters of Pharmacology where he got to understand networks and pathways on a microscopic level. Now, however, you're much more likely to find him talking about interactions between people and technology rather than small molecules and receptors.

Daniel likes a good chat, dislikes seeing more than 3 bullet points together and is passionate about reducing the complications of modern life down to a simplistic elegance. When his knees get too hot from an overworked laptop battery you'll find him casting off technology and enjoying the simple life with a map, a compass and the great outdoors.

Oh, and if you wondering why it takes a while for him to answer to the name Daniel it's because he's been know as Sid since he was about 6 years old.
